Measure once, choose with confidence and get the secure fit protection needs.
Find your secure, comfortable fit.
Measure around your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips. Use your normal underwear size as a starting point. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

How the fit should feel
- The waistband should sit flat without digging in.
- The leg openings should stay close to the body without pinching.
- The protection zone should remain against the body so it can catch leaks effectively.
- If fabric pulls sharply or rolls, move up a size.
